COVID-19 PCR/NAAT (NASAL SWAB ONLY)

• IN-NETWORK INSURANCE: We do not collect any co-pay or co-insurance and we bill your insurance for the office visit/testing.

RAPID COVID-19 ANTIGEN TEST (NASAL SWAB ONLY)

• IN-NETWORK INSURANCE: $50.00 for the Rapid Antigen test. We do not collect any co-pay or co-insurance and we bill your insurance for the office visit.
