Pazrica Cho, M.D.

Board Certified Internal Medicine

Pazrica Cho, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 30 years of experience. With a passion for high quality, affordable health care, Dr. Cho sees patients of all ages at Studio City Urgent Care and Medical Center, Inc in Valley Village, California.

Dr. Cho achieved her medical degree from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, in 1988. She completed her internal medicine internship and residency at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Since 1995, Dr. Cho has maintained her board certification in internal medicine. She specializes in urgent care and has led the team at Studio City Urgent Care and Medical Center, Inc for more than 15 years.

Dr. Cho regularly treats patients suffering from acute injury and illness. She prides herself on providing top-quality care for a variety of medical needs, from urinary tract infections (UTIs) and lacerations to diabetes management or routine physical exams. She’s also certified to treat opiate addiction with buprenorphine.

When she isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Cho enjoys cooking, gardening, and sewing. She also loves traveling and seeing new places.

Elaine Chen, PA

Physician Assistant

Elaine L. Chen is a Physician Assistant with Studio City Urgent Care. She is born and raised in the Los Angeles area, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of California, Irvine (zot zot!). After completing her undergraduate education, she gained patient experience in as a ophthalmic medical assistant. She then pursued higher education, and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South College in Knoxville, TN. She trained through clinical rotations in internal medicine, general surgery, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, neurology, psychiatry, and emergency medicine. Her passion is to practice good medicine with the goal of providing the highest level of patient care.

On her off time, you can find Elaine spending the majority of her time with her Australian Shepherd named Rowena. She loves to cook, but more importantly loves to eat. She moved back home to California to watch her young nephews Iroh and Noah grow up to be kind-hearted humans…and maybe influence them to pursue medicine also!

Elyssa McCormack, PA

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Elyssa McCormack is a board certified Physician Assistant at Studio City Urgent Care. She was born and raised in Southern California and completed her BS in Human Biology at Biola University. After her undergraduate education, she gained clinical experience working in the emergency department as well as a surgical recovery technician for organ and tissue donation. She then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences where she focused her training in urgent care and emergency medicine. Her passion is to provide the highest quality patient care to each patient she encounters.

In her free time she enjoys to spend time hiking with her husband and her Vizsla pup named Ava. She loves to exercise, bake (especially homemade bread), cook, and travel whenever she gets the chance to!
